Returns & Refunds

Effective October 3, 2026

At Studio Ireiba, we want you to feel confident about your handmade purchase.

Returns

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn and unused. Scrunchies are eligible for return only if they have not been used.

To request a return, email contact@studioireiba.com with your order number and the item you wish to return. We will provide return instructions and the return address before you send your package.

Return Shipping

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

Custom & Personalized Items

Items made to your personal specifications are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. This exclusion does not apply to damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please email contact@studioireiba.com with your order number and photos showing the issue.

We will arrange a replacement or refund. If we require the item to be returned, Studio Ireiba will cover return shipping costs.

Refunds

We will notify you after receiving and inspecting your return. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days after inspection.

Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

This policy applies to orders placed on or after October 3, 2026. Earlier orders remain subject to the return policy in effect at the time of purchase.
